Inspec.tech offers an innovative solution for the in-line inspection of plastic pellets using the latest machine vision technologies and specialized lighting solutions.

The plastic pellet inspection system’s simple mechanical design is engineered for easy integration into existing production lines, providing a comprehensive inspection solution for the entire production stream, throughput optimization, and quality assurance.

The basic system supports throughput of 1,000 kg/ hr (2,200 lbs/hr).

Systems up to 9,000 kg/h (19,800 lbs/hr) are available as standard.

The system is delivered fully assembled and ready to use.

This equipment adopts the latest machine vision technology and professional lighting solutions, delivering an innovative solution for on-line inspection of plastic pellets. Featuring a streamlined mechanical design, the plastic pellet inspection system can be easily integrated into existing production lines, providing comprehensive inspection solutions to optimize overall production processes and output, as well as ensure product quality.

The basic model supports a throughput of 1,000 kg/h (2,200 lbs/h). Systems with a maximum throughput of 9,000 kg/h (19,800 lbs/h) are available as standard configurations. The system is fully assembled upon delivery and ready for plug-and-play operation.

High-Precision Inspection with Contamination-Free Design


  • 80 microns resolution with two sides inspection (50 available as option)

  • Designed to eliminate the possibility for the system to contaminate the material:

  • Internal parts Polished AISI 316 + UHMWPE parts

  • No painted surface and no screws inside the material flow area

  • Hinges and latched in the external parts reduced to the minimum

  • pneumatic pistons in an enclosed chamber

  • Lip seals and bearing covers made from UHMWPE and more, no rubber seals.
