The PRO-EASY Screw Dismantling Machine is developed to simplify the disassembly process of extrusion screw components during maintenance, repair, and material changeover operations. Its patented universal clamping structure allows operators to handle a wide range of screw element sizes without replacing complicated fixtures, helping improve maintenance flexibility and reduce setup time.


The hydraulic control system provides stable clamping and adjustable dismantling force, allowing screw elements to be removed safely while minimizing the risk of shaft deformation or surface damage. An aluminum alloy collet structure further protects critical components during operation, especially when handling high-value screws used in engineering plastics, masterbatch, pigments, and specialty compounding applications.
To improve workshop efficiency, the machine is also equipped with an auxiliary dismantling unit and support frame, making it easier to process extra-long or heavily bonded screw assemblies. Compared with traditional manual dismantling methods, PRO-EASY helps reduce labor intensity, shorten maintenance downtime, and improve overall operational safety in extrusion production environments.

Install the grippers that match the screw type on the hydraulic chuck (Grippers can be customized according to the screw type)

Pro Easy adopts precise control of screw heating before the process of dismantling.
The outer diameter of the screw is equal to the inner diameter of the heating coil minus 20mm to 40mm,(OD of SE=ID of heating coil – 20mm) and the coil specification can be customized according to the customer's screw model.

Insert the semicircular ferrule, use the clamp rod to remove the screw element from the clamp (as shown in the figure), tap to adjust the screw, move right (in the slow gear state), when the adjacent screw element becomes loose , long press to move screw rightward until the end of the stroke;
Use the extension sleeve and the screw disassembly Gripper to push the screw element out.
